EFFECTIVE - JANUARY 1st, 2019

You will be allowed 3 declined games and then on the 4th decline you will be fined $10 and then every additional decline after that will also be a $10 fine.

If you are assigned 2 or more consecutive games and you decline all of them it will only count as 1 declined game.

Exceptions:

• if you are assigned a game within 5 days of the game being played and you decline that won't count as a decline.
• if you are assigned 3 or more consective games and you decline 1 of them that won't count as a decline.

We realize that there could be other exceptions and/or circumstances as well and we will handle those on a case by case basis.

Also in regard to Pending Games that you have been assigned.  Please confirm or decline asap.  If it has been Pending status for 72 hours (3 days) then our assignors will have the right to re-assign that game.
