Hockey Canada Rule Changes 2018-2020

Hockey Canada has insituted some new rule changes for this upcoming 2018 season effective thru until 2020.  

There is numerous changes/updates but the one that will affect everyone is taking faceoffs to penalized teams defending zone after any time on the clock penalties have been called.  This is for all levels of hockey.
